I used brush pen with India inks, ink pens and Posca over the original pencils plus Photoshop to clean the whole drawing - the paper sheet is creased.

There is definitely a story behind this. It's like the guy is following whatever the demon said to do...which the angel is pleading him not to do while the dead begin to crawl out of their graves. Cool.
